email of 29 January refers. I have completed the
Administrative Review for Mr
Anjum and he will be notified of that decision shortly. I
did note that the Visa Letters presented with Mr Anjum's
application and the Administrative Review did
contain a Sponsor Licence Number which was also on the
UKBA Register of Sponsors. However I also note that this
was not in a very prominent place which could have caused
it to be
overlooked. I will ensure that those Entry Clearance
Officers considering Tier 4 applications in Abu Dhabi are
aware of this.
I
have also forwarded this email onto colleagues in
Islamabad who will reply to you directly about the
application for Ahmadullah.

Refusal to Students of St. Agnes College
My two students with following particulars have been
refused on the reason that college is not included in the
list of Bona-fide Colleges. I would like to inform you
that I have personally visited the college two times
before establishing relations with them. I have no doubt
in the credibility and standard of this college and the
college is still in the list of TIER 4 as A rating and
same can be verified from official website of UKBA
http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/
employersandsponsors/pointsbasedsystem/registerofsponsorseducation
till to date. I can also confirm you that this college is
never and ever suspended and delisted from register of
sponsor.
Keeping in view these facts I believe that ECOs are not
carefully looking at the Sponsor’s Register and we shall
be grateful if this issue is resolved. Following are the
